Cancelations must be made 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is within the first 3 hours of our hours of operation, then you must cancel it before the end of business the day before. All appointments not canceled properly or missed within the policy period will be charged in full.
To cancel your appointment you can call or even simply text message the shop 215-618-3089. If you have the MINDBODY app (the system we book our appointments with), you can cancel there.
If you have properly canceled your appointment within our policy and were still charged, simply call us and forward a copy of your email cancelation confirmation and we will immediately reverse the charge.
